Refunds and Transfers

Generosity Policy
We understand that schedules change and unexpected conflicts arise.
- If you are unable to attend a session, you may request a transfer to a future session of the same workshop.
- If you need to leave a session early, you may request a complimentary registration for a future offering of the same workshop.
- Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to limit or deny repeated transfer or complimentary registration requests.
Access and Participation
- Workshop access links (e.g., Zoom) are for registered participants only.
- You may not share access links or materials with others.
- We reserve the right to remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
Recording Policy
Nonprofit Finance Academy may record live sessions for internal use, quality improvement, or future educational purposes. Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any portion of the training, including audio, video, or screenshots, without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including slides, frameworks, tools, and written content, are the intellectual property of Nonprofit Finance Academy and Bounce Accounting LLC.
- You may use materials for your internal organizational purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials.
- You may not use content for commercial training without written permission.
